Shipping Weight calculated incorrectly - Not Tare Settings!
I am getting better at working this stuff out! I just had to adjust some settings in the shipping/packaging area of admin.....all sorted!!!!
Although I got it in the end I couldnt have done it without some of the hints i read in here....
