More info removal not working

I have tried to remove the more info...

that comes on the product listing page as per previous threads that I have found....but it does not seem to work!

I have tried to modify the tpl_product_listing file, but that justleaves me with an error message on my site.

Can anyone please help me - I just want the price and product name below the image and nothing else...how can I do this?!?! I would also like to tighten up the space between the product name and price....where can I do this as well?

To remove the add to cart/more info button, edit /includes/modules/your_template/product_listing.php. Find this section around line 185:```php
