Royal Mail Step 1 of 3 - Delivery Information

I have installed a fresh install of zen-cart-v1.3.7.1-full-patched-07052007. i have then added most of the Big Royal mail shipping modules. Airsure and international SF work perfectly but International Datapost and Euro48 seem to get stuck in a loop when i select them. they get stuck on step 1 of 3.

I have looked at my zones for any discrepancies but can not seem to find any.

Please can i have some direction?

There are issues with Shipping Modules when you activate more than about 7 at a time, both in the RM mod and in the Zen Cart core.

Hint - there are about 30 or so add on shipping modules for Zen Cart. If you want help on a specific one, it's a good idea to post it in the support thread for that module, so that the developers and/or users of the mod get an email to say that someone has a problem?

It seems like the issue is underscores in the files for those particular modules, a fix was publiches here http://www.babygekko.com/html/downloads/zen-cart-addons/british-royal-mail-module-v2.23-zencart.html but I presume just removing underscores in the original files should sort out the problem (database needs to be updated too, if modules have been installed).
