Changing Information name titles

I'm having some trouble changing the "Site Map" page that's listed in the "Information" bar to "Order Info" and deleting all the text that is on that page. Could anybody tell me how I would do that?

Why not turn the site map off and create a new page, you can use the About Us contribution for that.

Where is the About Us Contribution located at?

At the very top of this page there is "home" "shop" "downloads" and so on and the contribution is in the "downloads" section.
