Changing and removing an item

I need to change the HOME link (in the upper left hand corner) of this site. Currently it is pointing to sweetpeacreationz.com/zencart and I need it to point to sweetpeacreationz.com

I looked in the configure.php file and also the tpl_header.php file and don't see where this gets changed.

Also in the middle of the page just above where it says "Welcome to Sweet Pea Creationz" there is a small black "home" that I'd like to take out completely.

Can anyone assist me with this?

The small black "home" is part of the nav breadcrumb. I would rethink using home as the link to the main site for a couple of reasons.1. Most consumers have seen a cart before and would not be happy if they thought they were headed to the cart's main page and wound up outside the cart.
2. The Zen-Cart session would cease to exist as soon as the left the cart. The entire shopping cart could be wiped clean and the will NOT be happy when the find themselves returning to the cart.I'd add "Main Web Site" or something like it to let them know they would be leaving the cart.
Look for nav and breadcrumb using the developers tool kit. This will let you know where the calls are in which php files.
