how do I back up my database - GoDaddy

I am using GoDaddy for my host. How do I back up my zencart database. I also have made many changes to the skin. How do I back it up?

well i use godaddy and i also used to work there

to back up your database you will have to login to your godaddy account and find your way to their hosting control center.. there you will find links to your database and

youll have to login to your mysql control panel and do an export of your database there the hard way..

then as far as site back up they are verry good at nightly backups..

and most of the time if THEY have issues they restore your site fully Free of charge from within minute of where you left off. so all in all login to ftp and make a copy of your site and zip it and then upload the zipped file to your server and burn one to cd .....bam backed up dont forget to add a copy of your database to your zip file!

Chotaboy- so if GoDaddy backs up our data, do we need to [I]have[I] to back up our file system and database? Or do they only back up the file system?
