Migrating from one domain to another

We have a zen cart installation on one domain, and we need to transfer it to another domain. Please post detailed steps as to what needs to be done to successfully migrate the store. The current store is not published yet... its in development. We're at the point where it needs to be published to the "real" domain. Thanks for your help in advance.
