form and button colors??

Is it possible to change the color of the buttons like add to cart and write a review?

How about the radio buttons for attributes and the blanks on the registration forms?

Thanks in advance!

Here's a list of useful links on styling forms:

www.cssplay.co.uk/menu/form.html

www.alistapart.com/articles/prettyaccessibleforms

www.sitepoint.com/article/style-web-forms-css

For the buttons, you'll either have to create new buttons

zencart.buttonsworkshop.com/
www.advancewebsoft.com/downloads/free-scripts/free-oscommerce-cre-loaded-zen-cart-oscmax-button-generator-p.html

Or download this free button generator to your PC
noniewicz.com/btngen.php

You can also use Zen Cart's built in css buttons and style them using
stylesheet_css_buttons.css

Re: form and button colors??

I am trying to change the color of some of my buttons (I am using CSS buttons) is there a way in the stylesheet_css_buttons.css to change only some buttons? How?
Or how do I override some of the buttons with a new graphic button and still use css for the other buttons?

THANKS!

Re: form and button colors??

After working all day on this I finally found out how to over ride the css buttons....however (like everything else I try) I can't get the confirm order (submit order) button to change!!! Every other button I wanted to change worked, but not this one...I named it btn_submit.gif just like it is named for css and still nothing.
Any ideas?:lamo:

Great that you cracked it could you tell the other users (me for example) how you did it... that would be really helpful :-)

It's actually called button_confirm_order.gif

Hope that helps! Good luck!

I created a new button with a button generator and then uploaded it to includes/templetes/your templete/buttons/english/
