Who's Online IP Address Info

In the Admin page "Whos Online" for the "Host" column I see OFFICE_IP_TO_HOST_ADDRESS, I think I should see the name of the host here. How can I correct this?

And if you turn on the feature in the Configuration ... Sessions ...

I looked in Sessions but do not see any way to turn on the feature.

Go to the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and in the first input box enter:
SESSION_IP_TO_HOST_ADDRESS

Select NONE and click search ...

Does anything come up?

This is an upgrade, I followed the instructions but some DB fields were missing and I had error messages. I tried upgrading 3-4 times but the same result. In the end I followed the error message and added the missing fields by hand. I used the database schema in the Wiki to help with the correct values.

I also have a straight installation Zen Cart that I use to help with problems. This installation reports the Key, Title, Description, Value, and Group for SESSION_IP_TO_HOST_ADDRESS

I am afraid I don't have v1.3.0.2 installed let alone that customized version of Zen Cart ...

Have you tried the support site from where you got that customized version of Zen Cart?
