UPS Mod: Handling Fee not showing

I am using the UPS Module and have a handling fee of $x.xx. My settings are shown below. My problem is that I don't see the handling fee listed in the checkout screen. Here is a link to what I see using a handling fee vs. no handling fee.

It does not read Shipping & Handling it only reads the shipping information ...

You would have to customize the shipping module to show the text for that ...
