Where do I place html for the SSL?

Sorry this is such a newby question but I am new to Zen Cart and just learning it, maybe someone has already asked it. If so could you please direct me to the thread? I will need it to set up PayPal.

you dont need any pages to setup paypal,

if you have SSL you will complete the defines in
includes/configure.php and set ssl to true

then in your browser hit admin -> modules -> payment -> and choose your weapon

The html I was referring to is the SSL cert image generated by the issuing company, in this case it is godaddy.com.

The instructions they generate simply tell you to "cut and paste the html onto your site"

In the downloads/other section there is a module for godaddy as a sidebox that you can look at
