Help:Update price and stock level daily!

My store has 6 suppliers currently. They send me a .CSV file regarding the price and stock level changing every day. The annoying thing is I have to compare the prices and stocks each item by each item every day!

Any ideal for updating prices and stocks automatically or synchronizing with my suppliers daily?

I have over 300 products in my website. I am going to be crazy!

Check the mod called easy populate, it might help.
