product beoming inactive if no stock

how do I prevent products from becoming inactive when there is no stock ? I want them to continue to show (just stock =0)

You might peek in the Configuration ... Stock ... and set it that when the Product Quantity falls to 0 or less it does not set the product status to 0 but keeps it at 1 so that it shows up as Sold Out rather then be removed from the Catalog ...

Products status in Catalog when out of stock should be set to
Show Products when out of stock

0= set product status to OFF
1= leave product status ON
