attribute advice, is there a better way?

i am trying to sell prints and have all the attributes set up for:

prints with options for size and prints with options of paper type

i also have it set up so you can buy a gallery wrap with options for size and finally you can buy a downloadable jpg for web use.

the only way i could figure out how to do it is have all check boxes the problem being that shipping shows up on the download option in the cart. also some one can click on the add to cart and then the photo shows up in the cart with nothing selected.

you can view it at:
http://yosemitestock.com/zc/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=8
click on one of the photos

any advice would be great

thanks
