Payments Modules Missing

Hi all

Please help me with this urgent problem.

A customer was trying to place an order on my website and informed me that the screen goes blan after the step 1of3 of the checkout process.

i logged into the admin and I cannot access the payments modules - there is nothing there and I cannot add anything.

What do I do?

You're probably missing files in your /includes/modules/payment folder and/or your /includes/languages/YOURLANGUAGE/modules/payment folder.
Or, maybe you have "extra" files in those folders ... sometimes people mistakenly make backup files by renaming files but keeping the .php extension ... which can cause problems.

Check those.

Then check your server's errorlog for messages.

Then sit down and figure out what you've changed on the server recently.

Hi,

I have no backup of my website.

My website was suspended by my hosting company by error and after it was reinstated this problem occured.

They say there is no errors.

How do I fix this problem?

I replaced all the files in the following directories with files files from a freshly unziped copy.

Includes/modules/payments
Includes/languages/english/modules/payments

Its working normal but just have to reconfigure the payment types
