payment method display not right...

hi all, i am in process of charging payments offline hence using the cc module, but got some issue with it.

Firstly i cant display all image icons except for last three which i will be using too, thats switch, solo maestro all images before that display fine... why is that. Doing this via admin/configuration/credit card.

Also other main important issue, am surprised is was not already integrated. I need to add another field there of card type with a drop down list of the cards we accept.. is this do able. We will be using paypal virtual terminal and this information will be required. Currently is has:

Please select a payment method for this order.

Credit Card

Card Owner's Name:
need to add it here (card Type) dropdown
Card Number:
Expiration Date:
CVV Number (More Info)

to add on this just noticed the order does eventually say what credit card it is. Although would be nice to have a drop down if possible.

Still wondering why all the images not working?

Hey did you manage to sort this out, i mean the images thing as i cant display images exactly like yours, it must be more users with the same issue.

Also can someone please confirm, on the settings of credit card, say i have displayed 0 on a credit card option does that mean that card will always be rejected... we use offline payment terminal. So would prefer minimal distruption from Zen side.

Can we also except switch/solo cards using the CC module?
