Great we're getting there. After I posted the code last night I was thinking it should do a customer status check aswell.
If customer login true
if SSL connection true
then hide sidebox or change contents
kind of thing.
Posting at work again. Not home till tomorrow.
How about I put it in a blank side box module and you can copy it over to the box you want to use it in.?

Let me know which box it is on your site, give me a better idea of situation.

The box is "messageme". Even though is not for me, I'm using the same sidebox and can try it (since I have same problem).

I am just thinking this is getting a little of topic for FEC.

I've been searching this thread and I don't find anyone having this issue.

I have a customer with FEC installed. The other day we were having the issue of not being able to change the shipping method on the checkout page. It just wasn't changing it, it was leaving the default, no matter what.... I then installed the cjloader module and that fixed the issue.

This week the issue reappeared. What am I supposed to do now? I tried clearing/resetting the 2 files in configuration (cache) but no success.

Is this a known issue? I have FEC installed on my store, but I don't have this issue though.

I am using latest fec with 1.5 and have just noticed on Checkout Without An Account I have 2 State/province boxes 1 is a drop down and the other is a normal box that needs filling in ..I have checked it against another site and that is OK ..Have also reloaded all FEC files too
any ideas please

I have the zen cart 1.39h running fast and easy checkout 182
In Fast and Easy Checkout Configuration I enabled Easy Sign Up and Login.
It seems to be working except under 'New Customers' it shows the following text "TEXT_NEW_CUSTOMER_INTRODUCTION_SPLIT_NO_CART" and displays "TABLE_HEADING_BILLING_ADDRESS" and on the right in the PayPal table shows "HEADING_PAYPAL
TEXT_PAYPAL_INTRODUCTION_SPLIT".
I'm assuming that I need to change the text in the code to what I like?
So I then used the developers tool kit to search for the code of the my first problem showing
TEXT_NEW_CUSTOMER_INTRODUCTION_SPLIT_NO_CART and found that it was in the tpl_login_default.php fle. so I changed it to "Welcome, please fill out the form below to process your order". Once I did this the checkout page no longer displays, so I just changed it back. Can someone give me a little insight on how I change the way this looks to the user when checking out or is this normal for a user to see during checkout?

I also notice after installing this mod mt ty package ty package tracker and my edit order modules are not able to be used anymore. Is this normal? Thanks for anyone's help. You guys are the best!

FIXED!

My bad - did not see that I needed to change YOUR TEMPLATE under Includes too. Uploaded and text issues resolved.

Now I'm stuck on this hanging when a credit card is used.
"Your order is being processed, please wait..."
Hope this works with my ceon manual mod.

how to integrate with COWOA? just add the files together or other more steps needed?

Do we really need to integrate these 2 modules?
Aren't they both basically doing the same thing?
After I installed fec the Fast and Easy Checkout Configuration shows 'Checkout Without Account" TRUE or FALSE.
So setting this to TRUE I imagine would activate it to work as a COWOA?

i just installed the fast and easy checkout, it is work great
but it has caused a problem with my super orders

Don't integrate them. They are doing the same job. FEC already has all the COWOA files and php in it.

check and recheck your css, there is a conflict between the main style sheet and the fec style sheet being called.

Thanks I will have a look, is there an easy way to find a conflict or is it just checking each line manually?

(BTW...you MUST be a registered member to check out for this site...and we need it to stay that way...is there some setting I have wrong or?)

Does it go any further than the 'your order is being processed' or does it just hang there? Do you get confirmation email of purchase?
