problems seeing new page in information sidebox

I have used EZ-Pages to add a new page to the sidebox and I named in Cancellations and I am trying to get it showing in the 'information' sidebox with the others.

I have only the categories and 'information' sideboxes showing, and cant work it out how to get that new link into 'information'.

Its odd, but I looked around the forum and it there doesnt seem to be a straight forward or a easy explanation for such a popular question.

Maybe if I can get to the bottom of it in this post, and show how it can be done, so htis post can be viewed by others.

I believe that this has been answered several times before in this forum.

You would add the link to an over-ride copy of the information sidebox module (includes/modules/sideboxes/information.php).

The link would be adapted from this FAQ entry.

I got that page open now and looked at the FAQ link you sent me and have the id and chapter number to continue, but havent a clue where to paste that line of code to get this working.

I think as you say its all been answered before, but as a relative beginner, its difficult to work through the hints that are on here.

You would make the code change in the includes/modules/sideboxes/YOUR_TEMPLATE/information.php file.
