product prices

Hi

I am having problems with the pricing of a product.

I have tried pricing by just basic price in Products price manager and by pricing with attributes and nothing works!

I have a '0' coming up on the shop page, even though it shows £38.00 in the price manager.

It doesn't seem to register with the attributes section either and now I can't even get pricing via just using the attributes!

I have made a 'please choose' option and that works, it's just the pricing (which is the same for each option).

I'm sure I have missed something but can't find what it is.:frusty:

Do you have pounds set as your default currency?

I too am having the same problem and very new to this so if anyone can help I would appreciate it - also where can I find a definition of the values used when setting up stuff in admin panel ?? cheers

Hi ya I found that in my currency options I had the value of my NZ dollar set as 0.00000 so my prices wouldnt show even though they were set in price manager so maybey this will help however being as new as I am maybe it wont either !!! good luck.:smile::clap:

I tried two things - 1. I had removed USD because I didn't want them so put that back in and the pricing returned but in dollars.

2. I had to set the default currency setting in Admin/My Store to false. This stopped it showing the USD by default.
