Display Featured Products under Shopping cart page

How do I add new products, Featured Products or special products information down to the shopping cart information on shopping cart page?

These are normally turned on by default, but can be switched on and off by the entries at the bottom of Admin > Configuration > Stock.

They will only display however, if you actually have new products, featured products or specials.

Thanks for your quick reply. I checked Admin > Configuration > Stock, and they are all on. I do have new or featured products, but it does not display on http://www.e-lov.com/index.php?main_page=shopping_cart

Unfortunately not, but I can be 99% sure that I know the reason.

You are using a Template Monster template and they have a reputation for leaving out big chunks of Zen Cart functionality when they rework key parts of the template files. I recommend taking this up with their customer helpdesk.
