Unable to change Title Heading

I have changed the title heading from Zen Cart!, The Art of E-Commerce in /includes/languages/english.php classic to Pablos Music Studio then upload it still won't change. I am using a template called blue sky can someone help me. please

when you made the changes to the you need to use **header.php **then you need to place this in your customer folder that you made when you did your install.
it might look something like this.
/includes/languages/ENGLISH/CUSTOM/header.php.
