I would like to be able to do this: General public can buy products ithat belong to one specific category. General public can browse products on other categories. They should not see the price. They cannot buy those products Members of the RESELLER group can buy any product with quantity discounts....

Public vs Resellers policies

I would like to be able to do this:

General public can buy products ithat belong to one specific category.
General public can browse products on other categories. They should not see the price. They cannot buy those products
Members of the RESELLER group can buy any product with quantity discounts.
Can I do this? How?
