Background header not showing

Hi

Please, please someone help me :(

I am new to zen cart and finding it all a bit overwhelming....

I have spent day's customizing a template, ideagirls sophyblue-grey(thank you ideagirl it's a great), and have trawled through the FAQ, forum and WIKI to ensure i have done everything as required. I have checked and double checked my stylesheet and ensured everything is in the right folders ext.

However, my background image for header and my other images in my image folder are not showing.

My template has the following information;

Muses(template folder)
Buttons(folder with all my button images)
common
tpl_footer.php
tpl_header.php
css
stylesheet.css
images(folder with all my images)

I have placed a folder with the same name in language/english containing header.php, index.php and have also placed a folder with the same name in langauge containing english.php.

The following is from my stylesheet;
#logoWrapper {
width: 100%;
height:110px;
background-image:url(../images/header.gif);
background-repeat:no-repeat;
}

What have i missed or done wrong??

You don't have permission to access /includes/templates/Muses/images/header.gif on this server.

What are the permissions on the directory and the file?

Check permissions on your template/images folder and your /images folder etc as this is what is received

If a cPanel server account - you might also check if you have set hotlink protection ??

Where do i check my permissions?

I've been through them in cpanel from my host, but is there further permissions in the admin for ZC?

Cricky i feel duhhhhh lol :laugh:

oh and it looks even worse now lol, god knows what i have done, the box images are all over the place lol :laugh:
