Special link displays on sidebox even though there are no specials

My Specials link is visible on the sidebox even though I have disabled all specials products. Clicking on the link loads a blank center column without a header nor a message to inform users that there are no products on special.

What should I do to resolve this?

Thanks,

Chuender
