International Shipping Only Set-up Help

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a Canadian store to charge for international orders only, free shipping will be applied to Canada and US. I've search the FAQ and this forum and have not come across an answer.

This is what I need:

Free shipping within Canada and US
Shipping charge based on location for everyone else

All the countries are listed under Countries, zones as well (not sure if all of them), have Canada under Zone Definition. Since I'm in the US, I'm not too familiar with the Canadian postal service, what should I be asking my client to provide me so the website calculates the shipping for international orders automatically?

What shipping modules are you using?

We are planning to us regular postal service. I have not installed any modules outside the one that came with the ZC package.

You could use flat.php for the free shipping for US and Canada by making a zone for them ...

Then make a zone for the rest of the world for your other shipping ...
