Products Don't line up

I'm having a hard time trying to get the products to line up inside the New product box. Sometimes they are all lined up but if you hit the refresh button, some of them are all staggered and there are spaces. Can anyone help with this problem?

There are many issues with their templates and the solution is to get with them
