Can't install Fedex module

I downloaded the FEDEX module and uploaded all files as instructed.

But when i go to Admin>Modules>Shipping, nothing for FedEx shows up.

What did I miss?

Re: Can't install Fedex module

Thanks. I re-installed a few times in case the ZIP file came in incomplete, and made sure i had all the right sub-folders.

Is the Fedex option supposed to be showing up under Modules>Shipping?

If so, it's not there, but it's also not one of the options inside "shipping".

I thought maybe I need to turn something else on/off in another part of Admin.

If i uploaded all the files to the right place, what else might be causing this?

Thanks in advance,
AW

Re: Can't install Fedex module

Hi, I was able to install the Fedex modules and enter our account # and settings, but when checking out, the options don't show up.

I'm guessing the problem is the settings in the Admin settings?

Re: Can't install Fedex module

The only options given the customer when clicking "estimate shipping" is "Best Way" & USPS-- neither of which seem correct at $8.50.

I tried increased the items in the cart to 5000, and the shipping still says $8.50.

I looked in all the Admin menus and didn't see anything that seemed to fix this.

This is definitely over my head, being a newbie at ZC, so I'd appreciate any help.

Thanks,

AW

Re: Can't install Fedex module

i believe so... i went to Config>Modules>Shipping & saw both FE Express & Ground, and "enabled" both. Is that what you mean by turning them "on"?

By the way, our web host is GoDaddy. I noticed something in the Read Me file about this, so i used the proxy # in the ZC support thread.

I also entered our FedEx acct # and set the other options as follows:
