How hold sold items in catalog with show "SOLD OUT"?

Good afternoon all.
Prompt please - how to adjust that the sold things did not disappear from the catalogue, and were displayed as "sold out". For example how it is made in it web-shop:

You need to configure your stock settings in: Configuration ... Stock ... so that Products that go to <= 0 are not marked as products_status 0:

Products status in Catalog when out of stock should be set to
Show Products when out of stock

0= set product status to OFF
1= leave product status ON
