How can I resize The Privacy Notice Page?

I down loaded the privacy notice back in February from the download site.

I don't know it it has been like this all the time or if something changed.

Can someone help me to get it back to normal size.

Take the table that is in the middle of it out.

I found the table in the middle of the text of the privacy notice. I had the same information twice in the notice. After I removed the second privacy notice, I had to change the width before it would work.
