Re: getting website not to show /zencart at the end address

If you mean you just want it to show as: http://www.walkerindianrivergroves.com then you'll need to install the catalogue in the https://www.walkerindianrivergroves.com home directory (probably public_html), instead of in a zencart subdirectory, on the host.

We're now settled in at our final home - http://www.swiftbooks.co.uk - where you'll find an eclectic collection of used books. Still a lot of work to do, though!

You can move it fairly easily ... just a few edits, and a relocate of all your files via FTP:

Re: getting website not to show /zencart at the end address

thanks for the info -
I moved the site and thought i modified both config.php's the faq said to do.

today when I tried to get to the admin part to make some othe changes i got this - so I'm guessing somewhere i missed a config change to point it one level up so i dont have /zencart at the end of my address.

Thanks in advance!

Re: getting website not to show /zencart at the end address

All you needed to do was remove /zencart in a couple places.
It looks like maybe you took out too much, or maybe you mixed up the configure.php files when you re-uploaded them.

Re: getting website not to show /zencart at the end address

Yes. Look at the backup copy of that file from before you made the change, and simply find all occurrences of "/zencart" and remove them.
