Linkpoint issue - where does PEM certificate go?

Hi,
I am attempting to enable the Linkpoint payment module.
I entered the store number and got no errors, there is however a lingering doubt: where is the PEM certificate entered?
I know it must be installed somewhere but do not see anywhere to upload it...

Thanks for quick reply.
I have already uploaded the .pem file to said location and deleted the 0 bytes "replace_this_file_with_your_key_file.pem".
Is that all?
