Usps Api Test

Does anyone know the proper way to setup and test the USPS API TEST. They give you the test request to send on their Web Tool Kit Development Guide but how do you upload it and into what file and how do you run it.:dontgetit

You don't need to operate in Test mode.

Just make sure they put your account into Production mode, and then you can do live rate-quote transactions directly from Zen Cart. Make sure you have a valid Zip code in Admin->Configuration->Shipping/Packaging.
