Can someone help me with this problem - Attribues Comming Up Blank

I have this problem that is popping up in 2 different mods I am trying to install.
Advanced attribute controller & when I try to modify my Products with attributes stock to show quantity levels (or out of stock for that matter)
Note. the problem lies only when I try to add the new updates for these files. My attribute Controller is working fine without the new mod as well as my products with attribute stock.

The common results when I add these mods is that the results show a drop down box that drops down as if there are attributes in there however there are none. Furthermore it is a very thin box as if it is not reading the attribute names. The drop down box however goes down as far as the number of attribute variables I have.

I don't know if I messed up a file somewhere. It has to do with reading the attribute names in the way that those mods were calling them. (Someone suggested it was a problem with Java Script) I couldn't begin to figure out where to start.

This sounds very similar to the problem described and resolved in this thread. All the more so since this is affecting both Advanced attribute controller & Stock by Attributes.
