My Email not working

Hi I have ready so many posts now and am still having problems with my email sending and receiving out of zen cart on my website.

I have tried the suggestions in quite a few posts but now and not sure what I have changed and what I have not I have pasted following a copy of the admin page for the email setup.

Is it possible for somone to have a look and see if they can help or to direct me where to go ? Apologies if this is not right place or my questions seems annoying:frusty:
