price each vs set

Hi,

I have an item that I sell for 8.95 each. I have an attribute selection for small, med, large. I would like to add the option for a set of 4 for $31.95. What is the best way to do that?

Set of 4 of only one size??

make this another attribute(or product-your choice) if attribute then using factor and offset I think that the factor is 3.57 and the offset is 1.0
