Add a prefix to database tables

I registered with Hostmonster and did a fresh Zencart install. The problem is it adds zen_ to the beginning of the names of all the tables in the database (example: admin = zen_admin). Now when I import my database the names are all different so it screws everything up. Is there any way to fix this??

Do a clean install ...

and check during the install where it says Database Prefix and make sure that it is blank ...
