paypal ipn - how do I rename it?

On the check out page i have paypal exspress and paypal ipn
it shows
Payment Method
Please select a payment method for this order.

Paypal IPN

Checkout with PayPal

can anyone tell me where i can change the wording for paypal ipn to something else like visa,mastercard etc.

maybe line 10 of:
/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/paypal.php

or to do it the Zen way:

/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/YOUR-TEMPLATE/paypal.php
