Mercury Mail Server Dead End

So I am following along with the zen-cart manual, and have reached the configuration of the mail server using mercury. Anyway, on page 41, step 6. asks you to "Enter information only for the fields: User name, Personal name, and Mail password for each individual."

I do so (using the "email accounts" in the appendix), but when I click OK the info is not added. In fact nothing happens at all except for the all too familiar ding sound telling me I've done something wrong.

I've lost patience...any suggestions??

A search of the forum using the term "mercury" brings up 24 threads - Perhaps one of them can help you sort out the problem.

you know what I think its because in the appendix it tells you that the username is [email protected]

when you type in the username without the @example.com it seems to add without a problem...I think that is it
