Shippng Address Button is missing/not there

Hi,

I just got an email from a customer saying "I cannot change my shipping address, so I cannot order".

I logged into my site, and sure enough, the "Change Address" button is NOT showing on my shipping page.

Can somebody give me some info as to why it may be missing suddenly?

Thanks.

Do you have your cart set so that the shipping and billing addresses must match?

Admin> Configuration> Maximums> Address Book Entries> make the number larger than 1.

Oh, I didn't realize you were talking about the number of address book entries. That's already set to 200.

We found the problem. I had the "Checkout Candy" modification installed, and a header.php file was missing that needed to be installed. It contained some variable declarations and settings that, when NOT set, caused the button to not be there. It's working fine now that the developer figured it out, and we installed the file. Very quick response.

Thanks to all who replied.
