Image for Selected Attribute Only

Is there a way to display only the image for the selected attribute? If you go to this page you will see why I ask this.

Ok, 48 views and 0 replies. Does anyone have any idea? I am not a coder (yet), but if someone could point me in the right direction I might be able to figure something out.
