our login does not work

For some reason when you try to login our store, it does nothing.

When you add products to your cart and then create your account, it does not login you in to complete the order.

I did get the welcome email but it will not allow a login.

https://www.holistichealeronline.com/store/ is the url.

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: our login does not work

I have looked over all the threads and do not see any similar issue.

We have SSL installed.

Re: our login does not work

Hi there
I just added a product to the cart and then checked out (up to the payment page) and all worked as expected. If you check your customer I'm sure you'll see my sign-up 'aaaaaaaa'. First this I would do is actually to place a login button on your page (will turn to a logout button when logged in). How are you logging in at the moment without a login button?

Re: our login does not work

Re: our login does not work

Our customers often have the same problems. They seem to occur when the customer has opened multiple browserscreens to our shop.
When they close all but one, they can login, place products in the shopping cart and pay.

When you login, the store simply opens the login-screen again and nothing happens.

I'm currently browsing the forum for a solution. If someone knows the solution, don't hesitate......

Kind regards, Frank.

Has anyone come up with a solution for this? I get a similar issue in IE7 while in Firefox the login works fine!

Logging in in IE7 just refreshes the page.

i kind of had the same problem.. this isn't really a fix but i cleared my entire browsing history (everythinnggg) .. and i was able to login fine all the time.

for IE7 i had to reopen it as well after clearing. i know its not a solution to customers.. i just hope they dont have to relogin.

Re: our login does not work

hmmm.... that's interesting.
which mods do you have installed? are you running 1.3.7 or 1.3.8?
is this just ie7 or is ie6 the same way?
also, does it have to be multiple instance of ie or multiples tabs in the same instance?

i just tried it with my store and was unable to replicate the problem you subscribe....
