adding a second Comments field to checkout?

Hello,

Can a second box be added, similar to the "special comments / instructions" box? with a different title?

(I would like to integrate a method of the buyer telling me how / where they heard about my site)

I would also like to know if this is a possibility OR if I can just change the title of the original box.

You could use the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and enter in the bottom input box:
comments

and select Catalog, then click Search ...

This should find for you all of the references to where this is used ...

NOTE: there are a few that are not part of the Order Comment but take your time ...

After mastering that, then you can go check the Admin in the same manner ... :smile:
