DONATIONS line in the check out box

Hi,

I want to add in my shop the possibility of doing donations to charity in the order.

The idea is when you do the order and start the checkout process the shop add in your order 1 eur with a explanation saying that you are donating and the customer accept the charge knowing what is doing or dismiss this possibility and pay just the order.

Can you help in how to get this?

If this is not possible, other way to get it is create a product with 1 eur of value and the title "donation for ...... " and this could be add in the cart automatically in all your orders. And the customer can delete the product from the cart or let it and pay the fee. The problem is how to add this product automatically in each order? jejeje

Were you able to implement this? I have an online consumer products store. When someone goes to check out, we'd like to add a line for them to make a donation to the current-charity. Is there a more simple way to do this?
