Need little help

I was playing with the language file and I deleted them while the language was still set as a default.

This is what I get now if I try to go to my admin panel:

What can I do put it back to normal?

Restore what you deleted from a downloaded distribution that matches your Zen Cart version

Upload the language folder again.

From now on, backup before you start editing files.

Your hosting company may be able to restore your files for the day before you started editing the language files.
