QUICK QUESTION- do newsletters use BCC Emails in ADMIN?

I've looked and looked on here and can't seem to find the answer to this, and I'd like to know before I make a bunch of people mad at me!

If I send a grouped email (like to all newsletter subscribers) from the SEND EMAILS area in the ADMIN, are the emails sent BCC or will every customer be able to see everyone else's email address?

Neither.

Zen Cart sends individual emails to each recipient ... one at a time.
