Can not run installer

I'm using Namo Web Hosting and I uploaded Zen Cart exactly like the instructions say to do. I used catalog folder and changed the file names and permissions as required. This is all OK I double checked. When I try to start the installer from inside my browser I get this error message. "This domain is not configured for this service. Please contact the webmaster to have it enabled." I contacted my hosting service tech support and they told me that they do not support third party software. However, their site is capable of supporting Zen Cart. Can someone help me with this problem, I'm completely stalled out. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like Namo are giving you the runaround. That's not a Zen Cart error, it's coming from their hosting package. If they can't explain why they're giving you that error message, I'd suggest a change of hosts.
