changing the left side bar need help?

If you look at the site http://www.touchcrew.com/touchshop/ you can see the categories on the left what I want to do is insted of using the categories listed there I have made an image that i want to use insted. does any one know where i can put that image so that it would set in the left side bar?

The categories box header is not affected by Categories Dressing.

To replace sidebox header text with images, try Image Titles.
