Ebook where is it?????

Look I know this is not the place to put this but I just don't know who to turn to anymore. I've written to them so many times and I never get a reply, I've been waiting for two weeks for this book and has never arrived. Customer service with them is not a priority but taking people's money is. I will give them another week if I don't receive my book I will demand for a refund.

Oh:blink: they didn't say that, but yes I have contacted them too many times. I get the same reply someone will contact you in 1 to two days and no one ever does. If it weren't in association with this place I would believe it to be a scam. But having said that I will never purchase another thing from them.

not sure where they are printing from but if its in CA there might be shipping issues,
I know that we are waiting for stuff that we purchased and were told that ups wasnt running from or to that area

Did you order the Downloadable or Printed version?

I read just last week they hired some new talent. Looks like you can call Mr. Boothby next Thursday with your concerns.
