Probelms with UPS XML shipping mod

This is the display I get when I am attempting to "get shipping est." from the store upon check out...Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this as I've followed all the directions on http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.php/3rd_party_contributions_-_Shipping_Modules_-_UPS_XML#STEP_4

I would try reloading the files and make sure that you are placing them in the right directories ...
/includes/modules/shipping <-- code file
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping <-- language define files

I've tried reloading them...still getting the same problem...any other suggestions?

What is the size, date and CHMOD on this file:
/home/.expresso/coleby/vinashcoaching.com/store/includes/classes/xmldocument.php

At this time the errors are gone, I think there was a cookie problem before the files were loaded but...the new problem is that the feature "get shipping est." isn't working. When you go to get the shipping est. nothing happens. Any advice?

Te store is located at https://www.vinashcoaching.com/store I configured the site to accept UPSXML (in admin) and uploaded the required files. Currently the popup for get shipping est. comes up but no date will retrieve itself when a user attempts to get a quote. Can anyone help?

Your UPSXML appears to be working with out errors for me.

Yeah I've figured it out now..Still have a display problem though when it is too long forcing it down one line below the price upon check out...I know it might confuse some people, is there anyway to lessen the chars of the shipping method in check out? (i.e. from

United Parcel Service (1 pkg x 0.00 lbs total) (UPS Ground, ETA: November 02, 2007)

to

(UPS Ground, ETA: November 02, 2007)

or something like that?

Every language offered will need to have a copy of upsxml.php in:
/your_shop/includes/languages/<your language>/modules/shipping/upsxml.php
