Uploading PDF's into a Documents Sidebox

Please can someone guide me, not being particularly computer clever. I have a side box named "Documents" and would like to use it hold PDF's so customers to download information PDF's. I have read lots of threds and completely confused :lamo:. Any help would be most appreciated :hug: thanks
